My name is Trevor Washko.
Cold Mountain Craft emerged from my many years spent dwelling in the high mountains surrounding Aspen, Colorado, where I served as the resident naturalist in the silver mining ghost town of Ashcroft.
I spent many days hiking and snow- shoeing the area, guiding and teaching visitors from around the world, with my journal in hand. After several journals failed to hold up to the harsh days, I designed and created a leather cover to protect my thoughts and observations.
My refillable journal was made to last a lifetime, and it continually inspired others to ask, "Where did you get that journal?" As I began making them for friends and family, Cold Mountain Craft was slowly born. I now handcraft a variety of fine and unique leather items. I hope you enjoy your journey to Cold Mountain.
